SepticMatch

Receive homeowner septic requests for the counties you work

SepticMatch is a referral service. A homeowner picks a job, gives a ZIP code and a phone number, and we send the request to one company that works the county. You call, quote the work and keep the customer.

What we send you

A request carries the job the homeowner picked (pumping, inspection, repair, drain field, a new system, a riser and lid, an aerobic system, a pump and float, an inspection for a sale, a grease trap or a backup), the ZIP code and county, the homeowner's name and phone number, and the answers to our triage questions. Requests marked backup are urgent, and we ask you to say honestly whether you can take them.

You choose counties and jobs

Septic rules are local, so we match by county. You tell us which counties and which jobs you want, and you can pause by county or by job at any time. We do not send a request to two companies, and we do not publish a ranking of companies.

What we ask of you

Give us the license or registration numbers your area requires for the work you do, and tell us if a license lapses so we can stop sending you requests. We keep the numbers on file. We do not check them for every request, and we tell homeowners to check them themselves.

Call the homeowner promptly, state your price in writing before work starts, and give a written record of any pumping or inspection. If a homeowner complains, we may ask you about it.

What it costs

You pay per request, at the price we agree when you apply. There is no contract and no share of the job, and you can pause delivery by county or by job at any time.

How to apply

Write to support@septicmatchusa.com with the company name, the counties and jobs you want, your license or registration numbers and a phone number. We reply when we can place you.
