Do not sell or share my personal information

Why this page exists

SepticMatch passes what you submit (your name, phone number, email address and the details of your job) to one septic service company, or a referral partner acting for it. Some privacy laws describe that as a sale or sharing of personal information. This page lets you opt out of it.

What an opt-out does and does not stop

An opt-out stops us from sending your details to a company on future requests. It does not recall a request already sent, and it does not stop a company you have already spoken to from using what you told it. To stop calls and texts from a company, tell it to stop or reply STOP to a text.

We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.

How to opt out

Use the form below, or write to support@septicmatchusa.com with the email address or phone number you used. Until we add an automated tool, we handle each request by hand and confirm by email if you gave one.
